Caritas Vocal Ensemble, a choir based in the Twin Cities, performed its first season in the spring of 2002 with the express purpose of raising money and awareness for people in need. We partner with nonprofit organizations and share proceeds from our concerts to help fund their work, with a special focus on providing basic human services in the Greater Twin Cities Metro. Since its inception, Caritas has raised more than $200,000 for diverse, local charitable organizations.

In return for their donation or admission price, Caritas Vocal Ensemble treats audiences to a concert of delightful a cappella music. Sacred and secular, traditional and contemporary, and everything in between. We have something for everyone! The musical selections are performed by those with a passion for singing coupled with a desire to make a difference in the world.
